The location was wonderful, close to the train station and Treviso's center. Had a meal at Pizzeria Santa Lucia, which was just a short walk from the hotel. - the breakfast was excellent, especially for those on special diets. - the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Relaxing and spotless hotel, lovely views on the horizon. Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and central heating, a safe and multi-channel television in the room. Lovely location with a bus stop in front of the building. Excellent restaurant not too far away from the property.

Everything was very good from the great service to the outstanding food. Our hotel was in a lovely location, in front of a bus station. Ate at Biosapori, it's relatively close to the venue😀

Overall, it was a really nice stay for our vacation. We had a nicely furnished deluxe room with a balcony. - the very large comfortable bed was a plus. - the location was unbeatable, near the bus station, the Benetton shop, and the beautiful old town centre.

Location was good and some of the staff were great.

The plumbing was horrible. The rooms were hot and the staff would not turn on the AC for the hotel. Also the computer station in the lobby was expensive and the staff did not replace the printer cartridges even though they were told several times the ink was out.

Well-equipped room with king size bed. Very nice bathroom plus mirrors. - Comfy location. - Impressive area. - Walking distance to a big supermarket and a supermarket across the street. - Lovely restaurants onsite.

It would be good to have a shuttle service to the station, would be huge improvement, would be good to have more tv stations, we could hardly make the tv work at all and then only got one or two stations in english, also, we were disapointed with the pool, were very much looking forward to it and then found it small, inside and compulsory swimming hat

The room was beautifully decorated with a well-equipped and attractive bathroom featuring nice mirrors.

The hotel was close to the airport and within walking distance of the city centre. The facilities were very good and the rooms were spotless. the staff were very helpfull.

Bar closed at 11.30 pm

The drinks were expensive at 5 euros for a can of coke, but I'm not sure if that was standard across most of Italy.

the hotel was nicely decorated and impeccably clean in an impressive area. the room was huge, beautifully decorated and with mirrors everywhere. 3. Got gorgeous breakfasts with cheese and bacon, for instance. 4. We had a luxury stay that exceeded all expectations, would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the center of the town. We enjoyed exploring Treviso's quaint and clean streets, and it was convenient to have a supermarket next to the hotel. the hotel's proximity to the train station made it easy to travel to Venice in about a half hour.

That the breakfast experience was a bit of a disaster. There weren't enough staff to handle the number of guests, resulting in dirty tables and a delay in replenishing food items.
